“When I got in contact with Kundalini Yoga, the first Mantras I learned were the Sadhana Mantras. The Sadhana Mantras are the first mantras of the day.” Paramjeet Singh explained.
PARAMJEET SINGH is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Karam Kriya teacher. He traveled the world and is a very good musician.

Sadhana Mantra (Morning Yoga)
Sadhana is Yoga and Meditation in the early morning.
Sadhana begins with reading of the Japji Sahib in Gurmukhi (holy indian script). Yogi Bhajan recomended to do Sadhana for 2 ½ hours. 1 hour of physical body practise and 1,5 hours of Meditation).
Sadhana practise is perfect to strenght the self disciplin, because it is vry difficult to wake and stand up that early in the morning.
